Now that I am working full time again, I find myself looking
through my recipes for quick, delicious dinners. Spaghetti Carbonara is one of my family’s favorite weeknight
dishes. It is so easy! It reminds me of my childhood. This is one of those recipes that was
in heavy rotation at my house, the kind of thing that we requested for birthday
dinners. Enjoy!
